Mission of the Center
Consists in realizations of the projects focused on change of public consciousness, increase of civil activity, formation of new political culture.

The main purpose
Research of a sociopolitical situation in the country and distribution of a real picture of an event for effective democratic development of the state.

The centre is created officially on November, 25th, 2003.

Sources of financings
CSR – the non-governmental public organization, exists on means of the founder, sponsors and orders of the various organizations interested in not engaged and professional researches.
